Mr. Frederick,

As usual your analysis it thoughtful, incisive and, obviously, quite close
to how I see things.

I would like to add that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for the
end of April, the 30th I believe, could be regarded as a deadline of sorts
if only to end speculation. My view is that the AGM would be a very good
opportunity to present results from the first couple of weeks of production
from the pilot plant. (Which, of course, means that everything must occur
according to plan. A dubious proposition with history as a judge.)

In a posting last December 17, I state;

exchange2000.com

<< Before the market will be convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt, and we
can all breathe a collective sigh of long overdue relief, both certification
and proven economical recovery must take place.
>>

I am now convinced we will have a press release that for the first time, really,
will be taken seriously by the market place; we simply have gone way beyond the
call of credibility duty. I believe the release will be before spring...11 days away.
The AGM is 52 days away. What a great motivator for all involved since the pilot
plant results will be the other shoe hitting the ground much harder even than the
certified numbers about to be released.

I will go so far as to say that test result numbers, as eagerly anticipated and
valued as they may be in the present moment, will migrate to the importance of
their rightful position; i.e. the first numbers in our COC drill hole array. These
new drill holes and assayed numbers will begin to map the distribution of precious
metals throughout the playa. For, once we have demonstrated economic recovery and
scalability of the Johnson Process, the issue of proving reserves will be the prime
focus of our collective attention.

The results reported in the pending news release should impress the whole world.
It remains to be seen how our puffed up expectations will be met. What really
will impress me, however, are pilot plant results in and published by the date of
the AGM. With all due respect to Mr. Allen and others, whose questions contribute
much to the thread, meeting that goal in 52 more days may just take the wind out
of their questioning sails leaving them wildly applauding with the rest of us; for,
this is who we are.

The end is near.

Jerard P

Thank you so much, Chris Carter and David Kelly, for making hibernation so much
more tolerable.
