NOTICE: First Alert could be a bull s**t company. They turn down money!!!! Just tried to order a replacement carbon monoxide sensor pack for $20 using the 800# 1 800 323 9005. If all customer service reps are busy, you are asked to CALL BACK and your call is then DISCONECTED!!!! What a way to do business! George
