Hello Toy Soldier...appreciate your thoughts, you sound very knowledgable on Novell and their products. Seemed Novell made a REAL big deal about this last year this time, then the lawsuit, then no further word that I'm aware of...could've missed it though.

My point is that the big news surrounding Brainshare last year I believe was Wolf Mountain, Dr Schmidt, ORCL arrangement, CA announcement and of course Novonyx (I'm not remembering when the deals with SUN and IBM) took place...I've heard very little, if any follow through on any of these items, especially what impact if any at all, they had on the company and it's bottom line.

Novonyx is still a huge mystery to me. Can you shed any light. Has Novell taken them over...is Netscape out of the picture? Have they sold any product? Have their products been folded into the Novell product line or are they being sold separately. Do Novell shareholders now own Novonyx? Novell has been sloppy at best on following through on their more significant news releases IMO, and it would appear the impact of all these deals has been minimal if anything other than the initial interest in the news.

Thanks again for the Orion clarification.

Regards,

sf
