I don't think you are correct. The 1998A Preferreds have brought in $1,765,000 (S-3 pg.14) and, should they all be exercised, the Preferred B stocks will infuse $7,400,000 into the company. Some of the stocks shown in the S-3 have been counted in the float for a while. Others appear to be 144. Keep the faith. G.Scott
