New directors & president Palmer Resources Ltd PMD Shares issued 16,531,518 Mar 5 close $1.00 Fri 6 Mar 98 News Release Mr Jerry Pogue reports The company has appointed Mr Guy Hebert to the board of directors, and Mr David Coffin as president, director. Mr Hebert, based in Montreal, has formerly acted as president of Aiguebelle Resources Inc and Audrey Resources Inc. Mr Coffin, based in Vancouver, formed Vanguard Consulting Ltd in 1986. In order to facilitate these changes to the board, Mr James Martin has agreed to step aside from the board but will continue to act as the company's corporate secretary.
