hi, i called my broker to see how standard and poors rates dell..here it is s&p have a 5 star rating..the highest a stock can get 11 analysts have it as a nuetral 12 have it as buy on dips and hold 10 have it as all out buy ..grab with two fists...the downgrades are for short term..the earnings outlook is still intact
