Recommend that he withdraw any statements about warrants, convertibles, etc. with regard to the stock price. FAMH should not worry about the stock price until after audited statements are filed with SEC. Then the market will make a real evaluation of the company. Ira should have never made this comment even if they were thinking about it.

Finally, when is the Myriad deal expected to close?
