If NETZ issued the shares to ESVS, then ESVS becomes an investor (with a large equity stake). Netz in return gets cash for continuing operations and developement. How much?? Who knows.... Sure, ok, ESVS becomes a large investor in NETZ. Why? I am not sure I buy the guess that Lair is hot on WebAds and wants a piece of the action. Creative financing feels more like it... I just don't get it... Why make this deal?
