After reading everything available, it appears that it is indeed ESVS that is issuing the preferred shares. They made a significant investment in NETZ. What is considered to be significant? Not disclosed. Is it 50MM or 1MM?? If it was 50MM, then they would own NETZ not just have made a significant contribution.. What the heck makes ESVS think they can raise 50MM?? Based on their financing as presented by Tahoe I think, it would seem difficult to achieve.... Interesting.... Where there is smoke, there is fire...
