From my post on AOL: Well here it is boys and girls. Spoke to the company this am about speculation that the Board has approved a reverse split. The Board of Directors did not meet to approve a reverse split - at least not yet. It is something that they are currently considering. I asked why not take the small cap listing since MPRS does meet all of these requirements? What could be so wrong with that? The response was they are still reviewing that possibility and have not ruled that out. The NASADAQ has asked them to correct the problem or offer a solution for compliance but there has not been any time limit yet imposed. The contact seemed rather upbeat and confident that the company would be fine in time since they do have a quality product lineup to offer. It was not Virginia Turner their normal IR contact who is currently on vacation that I spoke to.
