Could you provide some sources for some of your facts? First, CPQ's channel inventory is presently reported as 5-6 weeks, their goal (if they can make it) is to get down to 3 weeks. No way is it over 3 months as you reported. Second, CPQ's low end business (sub $1000) is going like gangbusters, that's where they've been getting complaints about lack of inventory. The inventory problems they've just confessed to are reported as being in their higher end business PC products.
