IMHO, the fact that you were mistakenly idenified and reported to be Silverman by the esteemed journalist (Essary) should be grounds for damages.

I remember--very well--your email requests for information. These are archived with the State and SEC. I suspect that--at some point in time--Rehtorik will be called upon to answer why he did not respond to valid inquiries/questions from investors. (Possibly he was waiting for Essary to pen a reply he could send to you?)
