I am also sure that DEC & IBM are extremely happy that they do not sell ONLY NT on these systems. As I continuously point out to you, the vast majority of the revenue these platforms generate is not from NT, but from the proprietary OSes that these firms sell.

No vendor who has relied solely on NT has succeeded. Indeed, they have *ALL* failed. The *ONLY* survivors are those that are also selling other operating systems.

Even OS/2 out-sells NT; it's not the magic bullet you seem to think it is.
