Well I'm glad that you at least agree that this is for real. It seems that our good friend Barbara (who had a nice visit with us on the weekend) is under the impression that this settlement is bogus and just a concoction by someone on the Internet! LOL!

His total lack of morals don't bother you at all? You do realize that this case was all about FRAUD and DECEIT? Please allow me to reprint an excerpt from this judgement:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, NORMAN E. MURPHY, recover from Defendant, MANUEL P. ASENCIO, the sum of Forty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($48,250.00) in compensatory damages and the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) in punative damages for FRAUD and DECEIT, the total judgement being fo the sum of Two Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty ($248,250.00), that shall bear interest at the rate of twelve percent (12%) a year, for which let execution issue.
So in your eyes, not only is it ok to use FRAUD and DECEIT to make money, but something to be admired?!?!

I have spoken by phone with one of the parties in the 1989 judgement against Mr. Asensio.
Because the 1989 judgement has not been collected from Mr. Asensio as of yet, they were somewhat reluctant to talk about the case. They were also suspicious that I may be working for Asensio!
If that doesn't tell you something!!!
The party was willing to talk to an attorney, so I have left a message for teddie to call me to see if he has time to follow up.
I have been allowed to pass on information to Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, KRY's attorneys in New York, and will do so.
