Gee Davef, my credibility sinks when I QUOTE the 10K and SEC filings? What sort of pipeline to heaven do you use? If Actrade's filings are to be believed: 1. They make substantial use of unregulated, uninsured off-shore banks. 2. They have registered insider stock for sale at the rate of 2X/month since August 1997. I'm quoting them. You should too. Dan
