The board did meet on February 27. If your information is accurate, they may have delayed voting on the reverse split if the Nasdaq isn't imposing a time limit on them at this point. Race and Louie have made it clear they are inclined to take action to avoid any lowering in their listing. As long as the Nasdaq isn't threatening them at the moment, it would be natural for them to delay.

I have always stated that the information I could offer was that the board was meeting on the 27th to vote on the reverse split. As I said in an earlier post, my assumption is they would vote for it because the MPRS board seems to meet only when it has already made up its mind on a given subject. If they felt they could delay, it wouldn't be a surprise if they chose to do this.

I am interested if your source is the same person who a poster last week stated could neither confirm nor deny the reverse split news. If it was, then that person probably talked to management and received the OK to tell you what he did. Can you confirm whether or not the person you talked to was giving the company's official position? I am going to call after finishing this. If I find out anything newsworthy I'll share it.
