Both Crocco and RD Capital are listed on the Dec 22 S-3 filing. Unfortunately, the dates of the individual placements weren't listed, but you can assume these 2 were more than 1 year ago, hence can file to sell even though the overall PP hasn't been registered yet. Also a filing to sell doesn't mean they will sell or have to sell--but you can probably safely assume some shares will find their way onto the market<g>. Actually, better now than when the full PP is unrestricted--I personally would like to see the shares come in over a period of time rather than in one day--could be easier absorbed without hammering the stock price. I'm sure you would agree the stock's price doesn't need any more hammering, but if it happens, I'll try to be there to accept the gift.
