Josef: FORTY up 1 7/8!!!! Oh, don't be too excited though. It's a buy at the ask (34.125) for 300 shares that bring us to this. Same as in Friday when last trade was 32.25 (ask) for 100 shares that gave us up 5/8 for the day; even though it has been traded at the bid side all day ($31-$31.5). HA! What do you make of this?? With a 1 3/4 spread on this stock, maybe we should deduct 1.75*2=3.5 from the trading range we see on the chart, then it won't look as scary as it is. (although it's still scary in reality.)
