Why did ESVS increase about 200% two weeks ago on practically no news, insider buying, how come insiders did not buy NETZ? Note that ESVS has only 300,000 shares a float, therefore the company has a huge control on their stock prices. Do you thing that they ran up their stock price so when NETZ share holders trade in their stocks for ESVS ones, they will end up with a worse deal???
