Ok by me as well, I will send the email later tonight when I get a chance. I'm on my way to class, but will report my brief conversation with Ira: 1.Buy back is still in progress, and at this point they have accumulated around 450,000 shares. 2.Everything for the acquisitions including the cash is in place. As soon as the IRS reports back with exact figures the deal will be complete, which could happen any day now. 3.SB-2 filings are also in progress, and there will be a public release concurrent with the filings. 4.Myriad will definitely be a major part of FAMH's '98 revenue. Ira reitterated that they will do at least 80-90MM in sales this year. 5.There are many activities currently taking place that could not be elaborated on, but the effect on the company and shareholders will be exciting. Also, I surmised from the conversation that Ira is working very quickly on something to get listed on a bigger exchange ASAP. The price seems very stable, the buys are outnumbering the sells by a large margin. This should be a good week! Jin. Pig's need their rest too, and they are waking!
