The only thing those press releases stated is that other BB stock is planning to raise 50 mil, and that they have made an "equity investment" in zulu. it could be an equity investment of 10 dollars, and the press release would be perfectly legal and the SEC couldn't do anything about it. They just carefully worded the sentences to have "50 million" and "equity investment in ZULU" close together, just like they try and put "Doubleclick" and "39 million in revenue" in every press release. I havnt seen anyone but you that still believes the 50 million is going to ZULU. well, maybe all the poor suckers who pushed the price of this dog up 20 cents today, but when they find out they've been duped again, the stock will quickly settle back to where it started.
