You have taken some of Mr. LaStella's remarks out of context. He
was speaking about biased newspaper articles influencing small
investors in their decisions to trade their shares. In the absence
of public disclosure of the company's financial position, what reliable source of information can any investor refer to, except that which is printed in the largest newspapers in the country? And, if you were
the focus of slander and libel concerning your own life's work and
aspirations, would you not seek to vindicate yourself? And, would
you not expect an unbiased newspaper story about your endeavors?

If you choose to answer, you may refrain from misquoting Charles Dickens, who wrote of the plight of the poor in 19th century England.

Oliver spoke from need, not from greed. Greed is defined as a desire
for more than one needs or deserves. Avarice has certainly played a
large part in the decision making process for more than a few investors
who saw the chance to profit enormously at small risk. Certainly few,
if any, investors will go hungry if they lose their investment.

For anyone who wants "more", there is no arbitrary rationing of shares. Anyone can buy all they can afford just by placing an order. And not
even one of your stock broker relatives would say, <"I know that
boy will be hung."> if they can make a commission from the trade.
