To all,
Below is another e-mail and subsequent reply from Mr. Guffey:

Hello Scott,
Please comment on the items listed below:
1. It was posted on the Yahoo! thread that ATC is advertising on the radio to recruit employees for America Online support. Can you comment whether ATC has been making radio ads in the Dallas area? The poster also mentioned that ATC was advertsing for America Online support positions at a job fair. Is there any truth to this?
2. The same poster on Yahoo! mentioned twice that ATC is in negotiations with the U.S. Postal Service. Can you say anything about the veracity of this rumor?
3. Teletech Holdings Inc (TTEC) announced yesterday that they're acquiring Intellisystems, Inc, a developer of automated product support systems. I believe that WTSC obtains roughly a third of their revenues this way. Does ATC have any interest in this sector of the teleservices industry?
4. Integrion was not mentioned in the last conference call. In past conference calls this client has always been described as growing. Is Integrion still a client? Has the growth subsided?
5. When were the revenues for Universal Card separated from those of other AT&T revenues?
6. During the last conference call Chicago RTA was described as a client with growing revenues. Have the number of workstations in Chicago increased from the 69 declared on the most recent 10-K as of 9/12/97?
7. Has a site been chosen for the next new call center? Will there be an announcement (press release)?
8. During the conference call Mr. Santry answered a question about sales reps, stating that there are currently two. Is Holly Fergus one of them? Or are there two reps visiting prospects in addition to the VP of Marketing?
9. Does ATC still have alliances in place with ISI Professional Services and Arthur Anderson?
10. I recently read about George H. Bennett joining DATA RACE, Inc. In the announcement Mr. Bennett's most recent position is given as Senior VP of Sales and Marketing at ATC? When did he leave ATC?
Thanks in advance for any information that you can share on these subjects,
Phil Jones

Phil -
Now that I am back in the office for a few hours:
1. Yes we are making calls for a subsidiary of AOL. 2. I can not comment. 3. One of our differentiators from other teleservices companies is our technology. We are able to develop systems (several of which are patented) such as the one referenced in your question in-house without having to go outside to acquire it. For instance, we have the "ability to intelligently forward session information to a live agent via an e-mail request for further assistance" as highlighted in the TTEC/IntelliSystems press release. 4. Integrion (formerly Visa Interactive) dipped slightly from the first fiscal quarter. However, we expect it to expand now that it is a consortium including IBM and over 20 major banks offering on-line banking services. 5. I believe it was near the time AT&T announced plans to sell the unit. 6. No, it is still at 69 7. A site has been chosen but will not be announced until the lease has been signed. 8. Holly Fergus is not one of the two salespeople. 9. Yes 10. Shortly after he arrived
Best Regards,
