Yes, I'm familiar with all of that... I don't even care to find anything right now. If someone was paid 4 million shares of stock (probably restricted) and the SEC questions the payment, what do you think they will do? Will they tell SEXI that the shares shouldn't have been given and ask that they be cancelled? will the SEC fine SEXI for that..(would the SEC get the proceeds)? Would SEC fine the individual for participating? If I hear that Huttoe and Party are guilty of fraud and all they get is a small fine and told not to due business in the financial community again, I will be VERRYYY PISSED! If I'm not satisfied with the results I will sue everyone involved. I hate lawyers and I hate suing, but I won't hesitate one this. I will join whatever suit is being carried forward! If I find that the SEC keeps the proceeds of fines I think this would make an excellent news article - Penny Stock Scams and the real Winners. How the executives and SEC make out. Aloha
