I think everyone should stop worrying about the latest S-3 filing. Any negative reactions would have happened by now, and the stock has continued to increase in value. The technology is proven, management is proven and Texaco-- well that remains to be seen. The fact of the matter is that RNTK is going places and if it isn't on the back of TX than someone else will be there to give them a lift. I dont think that Texaco would have waited around for this long if they didn't think a deal would be consummated and on the flip side I dont believe that RNTK would be negotiating exclusively if they, too, didnt think that a deal would be imminent. So for now we hang with baited breath in hopes for a deal that would make us all a little richer. Till then...
