Good Afternoon Margaret, Today upgrading of Compaq to a buy by a brokerage house is understandable but to downgrade Dell is just plain manipulation of Dell's stock. I think like so many other market and stock manipulators their agenda is only one thing, shake out the pockets from as many suckers as they can get. It was unfortunate to see the techs get trashed today but given the events of last week I cannot say that I am surprised.
