Ten years ago, I might have agreed with you. Not any more !!! Things have changed so rapidly in the last decade - in the speed of light year. Even the Asian you married to might be out of touch with the reality in China today. Sadly, I have a lots of Asian friends who are so wrapped in day-to-day live here and show no interests in what is going on in the world.
