Hello Jc they allready have FDA approval for the needle itself all they need now is to get the whole pump with the needle submitted for FDA APPROVAL,which is a very simple process because it called a 510K approval and would fall under the medical device subject which the company sees no problem getting because the FDA doesnt have as stringent a guidelines for medical devives as it does for medication and the new law that i heard was passed that makes it easier to pass a device that works in conjunction with aids. it will only take about a month or 2 after production(which should start in early MAY sometime) so we are looking at a time frame of JUNE OR JULY for the approval.SO again the submission should take place in EARLY MAY and approval by june or july. I allready have the info Packet and it looks very solid here. If you want a Packet call Ron Washington up and hell gladly answer anymore questions that you might have. Im looking for a 200% to 300% gain and i plan to be continually fully invested in OMEGA because as i said again i like the fact that the company is in San Diego And RON is in San Diego as it gives me easy access to them if i have any questions to ask :)
