Cheryl,

With your permission I will forward your Utility Report to my contacts at several state PUC's.

FYI: IMHO the utility companies will blame the State Regulators(PUC's) for their inaction.

Since the regulators don't have a clue they won't start an inquiry and because an inquiry was not started the companies will take action to late. FERC will defer to state regulators.

I have been sounding this alarm for over 2 1/2 years in-house and 2 years with NARUC.

I will have propane generators and propane heaters with extra food and water available and have advised my relatives to do the same.

As I do not wish to lose my job please do not quote me by name or state.
