Bobster, I fully agree that Tom suggest time as a factor in the areas that you mention. NOoooo question here!!!!! And I agree with the time factors in these cases! I agree that if the RS is approaching the BUY we can look the other way, just as long and we keep and eye on it, BEING any further fall of the RS strength.
