Sorry for the long delay. I understand that the Y2K issue is accelerating VM upgrades. A lot of the older systems are not Y2K compliant. This means that CGRM and others could see a few good years.

I believe that Octel is having major problems. I have heard that many of their Enterprise accounts are now looking elsewhere for solutions. I may be wrong, but I do not believe that Sierra is Y2K compliant. At least I have not seen any info on it. If that is the case, then they will lose nearly 1/2 of revenues. I think that the Octel-Lucent merger is creating big opportunities for CGRM. Let's hope that they take advantage.

One big problem with CGRM is the lack of new products. With 6.1 just announced, let's hope that revenues fall back in line with projections.
