Apple12: I am not interested in an exchange of cynical comments. This is supposed to be a discussion board which helps to increase everybody's understanding of the situation of a company. The point about the litigation is maybe not the most crucial fact about SFSK right now but at least an important piece of information and hence a legitimate discussion point. The way you as a self-styled half insider comment about this really makes me think ! Maybe I should rather go short this thing and not long. It is not exactly that cheap anymore !!!!
