Sam, I agree that 10-12 seems harsh, but when it comes to SPCT, there seems to be no limit on how low it can go. I hope that it does not drop below $14 or so. If it stays at that level or higher, it is probably a good indication that it has reached bottom. However, my expectations are far more pessimistic. By the way, SPCT was halted in after-hours trading... Richard
