I was speaking with Atna Pres. Peter DeLancey today at the PDAC. ATN will be meeting with Boliden at the conference to further discussions on Wolverine.

My impressions were as follows 1) Don't expect any big decisions from BOL immediately. Wolverine isn't a high priority for them. That being said it could figure into their plans when they decide on the direction they want to pursue in N and S America. 2) A solution for the selenium problem is more a question of when than if. He is hoping that BOL will want to do some metallurgy work soon. 3) If BOL does decide to sell its stake, look for it to go (in whole or part) to Cominco because of the proximity to Kudz Ze Kayah.

Work on the Wolf prop will begin in a couple of months and their is also the project in Ont.

At $1.40 ATN is great value, but once again it's a question of when the returns will come.

Regards
