I do not know if I have the dashes in correct places or not. But, these numbers are working numbers. Please be advised that phone service in foreign countries some times leave much to be desired; so I am told.
Item:1 Conference, as related to my by Daniel J. Mendez, President/Director.
This was the biggest and most successful conference to date. Literally the who is who of the world was in attendance. Biggies like Exxon-Caltex-Unocal-NGC Global Energy-KOCH-Nichimen Corp-Mobil-SHV Holdings-British Petroleum-Shell Oil and more. Dan, told me there were 325 companies represented at the conference. The conference was a huge success and much will come as a result of it. <My> take on it is that <anybody>that is <somebody> in the business world, all over the world were in attendance.
Item2:Active Projects:#1 Largo, has hired a fourth account (just started) to assist in further preparing all the financials. They had hoped to have financial information ready to go out with the brochures but that is not the case. Dan, realizes folks are anxious but states he is doing everything possible to expedite matters. However, nothing on the financials will be allowed to go out until everything has been verified to be accurate. Then the information will go directly to those who will be preparing and compiling information for a NASDAQ listing. They are most anxious for this to take place as soon as is possible.
Dan, did point out to me Largo's uniqueness;in that, such a venture with a foreign company has not been done before in the USA.
Fellow Shareholders, of Largo Vista, you are among an elite group of people, backing a company that is blazing new trails and horizons.
Further, Largo vista, has the distinction of being the largest provider of liquid propane gas in south China. The line of credit that has been extended to the company will allow them to offer free gas lines to new areas in return for a lifetime contracts to provide gas. Hello! Let's read that again. LIFETIME contracts. This involves thousands of new customers.
They recently completed a deal for 20,000 new customers. They are working currently on a 60 unit gas deal. Next door to this is a 139 unit as well as 200 more units.
Xinmao Petrochemical Industry Company (Largo) has exclusive rights to retail the gas to 380,000 customers (as I understand it). The key to Largo's success will lie in the fact that they are positioned in the RETAIL end of the market; where the money is.
Item3: Brochures, will be completed March 16th and should go out to shareholders of record by the end of the month. I am told this will describe in detail the structure of the company, its holding, everything but the financials, which will follow as quickly as possible. If you want to receive a brochure be sure to go to the web site largovista.com and send your request by providing your mailing address and e-mail it to the company.
Item4: News Release, Soon. while Dan, did not comment to a specific date, I personally got the feeling that it will not be all that long (JMO). Your company is not into the Press Release of the week game and I am glad they aren't, it would serve no Beneficial purpose for any of us.
Item5:Reputable Market Makers, are lined up and waiting in the wings to market Largo as soon as a listing on NASDAQ is completed. Paine Weber, Fidelity Investments, Martin Sterns, and Principle Investments.
Item6: Non Working phone numbers to Kunming. I did not have access to the numbers that were used so I have no way of knowing if they were correct or not. Dan, assured me these are the numbers they use to contact Kunming. Numbers listed at beginning of post.

Dusty's take on Daniel J. Mendez and company progress:
A)Dan, is a for real,down to earth man. Not an arrogant bone in his body. I honestly believe what he had to say. I have conversed with others and all the stories mesh. He never hesitated to address my questions that he was able by law to answer.
B) He is a man in who is directed, focused and goal oriented and will get the job done. He has great concern and understanding for the shareholders. But, I can assure all that he will not be, goaded or intimidated into releasing anything too soon.
C) Dan, is doing all in his power to speed things along. He is aware of the shareholders discontent and anxious moods.
D) Is he trying to appease us, no not at all (JMO).
E) If you have read any of my posting to the Largo Thread on SI, you know I feel we are sitting on a CROWN JEWEL. After speaking to Dan, today, I am more convinced than ever and progress is being made.
F) Is it all going to happen in the next month. JMO. NO! This is so much bigger than I dreamed. Hype. not a bit these are just facts.
G) JMO, but give this company three (3) years and you will be sitting on a gold mine. Again I reiterate JMO, but I believe with all my soul. But, what the heck do I know, I am a newbie. LOL. But, I will tell you this, I am gonna wait for as long as it takes; cause I smell money.
H) When the real money comes into Largo, and it will after we hit NASDAQ, I can just sit back and sing along with Gary, Shoo Be Do Be Doooooo cause I paid .10 on the dollar. But, in addition I will be singing were in the money, were in the money. Do you want to sing with me? Hang in there folks and lets continue to support the company and stop doubting; or cash in your shares. Hey, no one has time to hold your hand. We are all adults and must make our own decisions.
I) LAST. I am not a investigative reporter or a writer. Please take that into consideration as you read my post and treat me kindly; I did my best.
