Actually, there was some key tidbits in release:

- Fox mentioned rollout will be complete by end of year.

- First time company responded that they did not need FDA
approval.

- Company acknowledged that further clinical studies are
being conducted to substantiate broader claims (but did not
specifically mention seeking FDA approval.)

Stock was sliding because the "big day" came and went, but this release had already been prepared and approved before the slide.
