One of the many items the SEC. is investigating are the reasons SEXI changed its independent accountants. Correct me if i'm wrong, but I understand that originally SEXI was using one of the big Six firms, but ended up changing recently to a very small accounting firm. We already know that SEXI had a very big problem with their audit. It seems logical to me that SEXI may have wanted to hide or change some numbers regarding their financial statement but the big reputable firm didn't want anything to do with it. Completing their audit with a much smaller firm makes me, and evidently the SEC. very suspicious of what took place. Lets face it. If their audit was falsified in anyway, I would assume SEXI will not resume trading next tuesday. If anybody has information regarding the accounting change, I would be very interested. One other thing. If SEXI doesn't resume trading next week, many of us will be looking for lawyers. Maybe if some of us could find the best lawyer, and I mean the best lawyer in the country, we would have a better case if he represented many of us instead of everybody finding their own lawyer. Just an idea......
