I fully agree with you. My point was that the systems are sold as a simple but effective mechanical trading system. That is not what seems to be happening. There needs to be much more work done than just following what is in the manual as is claimed in their advertising. My comments are only based solely upon a comparison of results generated by following the manual and doing no outside work.

Both systems do give some very good signals and all I am saying and I think what you are saying is that outside work (i.e. more fundamental analysis, more research or better tracking of Canslim "M") is needed to complete the package. Are you in agreement?
