Nothing cures low prices like low prices (e.g. everyone's driving around in gas-guzzling sport utility vehicles now). This industry is cyclical like everything else, and worldwide reserve replacements paint a bullish picture in the years ahead. Long term, I think the offshore SCORE rate will eventually get to 100% across jackups, semis and drillships, but we've hit a major speed bump with Asia in the interim.
