Matty: Definitely!!! As soon as the sellers are 'scared' off this stock is going higher. I orginally bought as an ipo at 6.75 and it went to 18+ per share. I have talked to gordon (ceo) and he is very bright, the company is still grossing about 8 to 10mil per year, and have laid off half of the staff. The lawsuit from their customer was dismissed and now gdsc is suing them for non payment which is about 2 mil. i think that going chapter 11 will get them more $ in their lawsuit--maybe that was their intent. You might want to call the company and asked for vicky jarvis and get a 'feel' of what is going on. personally i think they will pull out of this and the stock will soon be over 1/sh and +. thanks richard
