Well, well! They filed. I have a huge envelope of papers here delineating the details of the case, but haven't opened it yet. I do think if anyone was long Zonagen during the time frame in question they should register with the law firm. If the suit is won by the shareholders, then a determination is made of the true value versus the value of the stock as it was illegally inflated and some damages are paid to stockholders. In this case, Zonagen may have the funds to pay the damages.. In my discussions with this firm, I learned they don't file unless they feel they have a case, since their fees are contingent upon their winning. Linda
