Brian - Actually, the cost of the merger between CPQ/DEC goes down with each drop in CPQ price. The merger has a fixed ratio of stock/cash, so if CPQ pays with cheaper shares they make out. Now, if it goes low enough, that may not make the DEC shareholders very happy... John
