The company is actually making a profit and growing too.
Picked this up out of the last earnings report:

J. Robert Saron, chairman of An-Con, stated, "We continue to direct much effort in strengthening our financial infrastructure, by closely monitoring inventory and expenses, as well as placing greater emphasis on higher profit margin segments of the company's businesses. Furthermore, while we experienced an increase in costs relating to sales, the results are very encouraging, particularly in the area of electro-surgery. Management is optimistic that we will begin to witness the positive impact of our new products in fiscal year 1998."

An-Con Genetics Inc. through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aaron Medical Industries Inc., is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of a diverse line of premium medical devices and proprietary tissue fixatives.

The last earns were reported November 18, how often do these companies report?
