SEE-BS is proud to announce the return of Evangelist Lanza. Let us review Evangelist's return speech. Despite the unique passion that exists in the speech this reporter notices one repeating sentence!

Evangelist Lanza states the following:
So all of you, please order out your shares and take delivery.

Now let us examine a couple of Evangelist's past speeches:

Sam the Man: I think you might have a problem! Sammy, you are a cute
guy--who ever you are. Are you part of the 1,120,866 shares short? Are
you having a hard time finding somebody to sell you shares so you can
get off? Isn't life a bitch! Well, Sammy, keep on shorting; were 25%
short, got to 100%. As long as the investor takes delivery and Xecom sign ups keep growing, have a shoft life. And to answer your ridiculous question, where to find information--Edgar, Bloomberg, Disclosure, S&P and Profit Magazine, just to mention a few. Lastly, Costa Mesa, Selectel--what does that have to do with Xecom? Xecom sold Selectel in August so what is the point? Oh, let me guess! Are we trying to scare the investor? Last question, where would Xecom share prices be if you and your friends had to buy 1,120,866 shares? $5.00 could be low, don't you think? January 6, 1997, let the games begin. In 1996 you guys won, however, this is not Vegas; a corporation goes on and on, get my drift?

To keep everybody on the same page. In January the company is looking
for not less than 20,000 people on line--love to see 26,000. 20,000 x
30.00 = $600,000 sales net 27.50 = 490,000 less expenses. February:
20,000 - 35,000; March: 33,000 - 45,000.

So Sammy, please continue shorting. It is now just a matter of time for us. Cash talks; B.S. walks!

P.S. Maybe your code name should be Sammy the Mouth; what do you think?

Dave, that is why I ask all shareholders to take delivery. In 3 weeks, only one person has taken delivery. You are right however, that MM have capital but not as much as you think. The clearing firm may, but I don't think that everybody has a real idea of the amount of potential damage they are facing. The volume today was strange. However March is the last month for the Canadians. So, let gourge ourselves on these b.s. prices before they disappear. But, take delivery!!! They sure don't like the .66 bid do they? Lanza

So as you can see it seems XECM's problems and the reason for the stock not moving up are strictly because shareholders do not take delivery! Now let us examine this! Does this mean that if you buy XECM, you have to ask your broker to send you the certificates of your shares so those darn communist Canadians could not possibly short the stock?! If so this reporter also asks all the share holders to PLEASE take delivery, and eventhough the price of the stock may not go up, you can at least use the certificates in your bathroom to show off to your friends and family as having the most expensive bathroom tissues in the world.

Also should anyone call Evangelist Lanza per his request, it would be beneficial to ask him the following questions that this reporter has asked many times with absolutely no response:

Evangelist Lanza, exactly how many XECM shares do you *personally* own and what is *your* average price per share considering you have invested - per your claim - over $3.2 million dollars.

Should anyone ask the above question and a reasonable reply is obtained this reporter will appreciate it if the response is posted on this thread.

And finally for your philosophical and intelectual pleasures SEE-BS is proud to repeat a previous show that was aired a few weeks ago: Message 3401727

Long Live XECM (the popular SEE-BS sit-com!)
