Kugler is a broker, he was slamming RMIL 8-10 hrs. a day. The NASD recieved several complaints about him, mine was only 1 of many. The NASD informed us to contact the head of compliance and complain, I did, to Dagny Young of Principal Securities. I faxed her Kuglers posts, she was surprised to find he was posting from Principal during Market hours, in fact he still does, but only with Private messages now. I assume Principal banned him from posting because most 'ethical' firms do not allow one of their brokers to slam a stock on the internet ad naseum. You can call the NASD, Chic. office, or Dagny Young in compliance at Principal to verify what I'm posting. P.M. me for the numbers if you wish. Pugs
