It seems to be primarily based on the supposition that NFLI's sales are based on an illegal pyramid scheme and thus the defendants defrauded the plaintiff. I think it highly unlikely that a court would buy into that supposition considering the settlement earlier this year with eight state AGs. This quarter is supposed to be good because we expect a return to the growth pattern that we had established before the state AGs investigation. The announcement of that event caused some distributors to quit and others to slow down their activities. Through the first three quarters, we had already done $77 million in sales, so we don't even have to get back to the $30m level of Q2 to reach $100m for the year. If we do reach $100m for the year, our three year sales numbers will be: 1994 $17m 1995 $32m 1996 $100m In addition to just the numbers, Kevin Trudeau has been running some promotions to spark growth again.
