Summary of OBV (On Balance Volume) - shows if volume is flowing in or out of a security: Dates/numbers are approximate. early April, 1997: OBV = 500 Price = .75 late June, 1997: OBV =(600) Price = .28 March 9, 1998: OBV =1000 Price = .23 April to June '97 - price down .47 (60+%); OBV down 1.1M - Makes sense June '97 to today - price down .05 (18%); OBV UP 1.6M - Makes no sense Even though price has been stagnant, even down a little, over the last 8-9 months . . . OBV shows a positive 1.6M shares. Seems to indicate lots more buyers than sellers. Hopefully a good indication. From Investools: investools.com Since big drop in June '97, 13 days of 100+K volume. 12 up vs. 1 down Confirms increase in OBV? Shareholders letter due any time now. Hope it's got good news. February (probably) ended Q3 with $0 revenue. Maybe Q4 will be different. I'm one faithful shareholder. Let's just leave it at that. David
