Wade, I understand your comment, and frankly, I look at posts (mine and others) and find it hard to present opinions about BB stocks without someone correctly pointing out that the facts are not all in.
Many of the stock threads on SI are about BB stocks. Most can't speak of a product, revenue, recognized management, financial placement, and what we hope to be soon audited financials for 10K and subsequent 10Qs. This company is different than most BBs from those respects, and many of us are getting excited.
I hope that you do see the effort that many of us are putting into this board in trying to gather information, so that we all can make a solid assessment.
As for the ESVS not having the cash. I wouldn't believe ESVS would blindly try to raise $50 Million (as you point out they have $380K to begin with themselves). IMO they must be getting the confidence from someone, group, or entity to proceed. If that makes sense to you, then you might believe that someone, group, or entity sees the value in creating synergy between these companies, strengthing the management, and providing the financial support to take these companies forward.
