Pugs, what if the shoe were on the other foot&#151if Kugler was hyping instead of slamming OVIS, inducing people into a stock of extremely questionable value, and then collecting commish on it. That would certainly be unethical. If you agree with that, then he really couldn't win either way. Warning people off a scam ain't so bad, relatively speaking, in the Big Book of Ethics (chap. 9, section B).

And this is only one step removed from RG, a self-professed psychic <pffft>, shilling the thing 8-10 hrs. a day. Still, nobody complains to Dionne Warwick and the P-Friends Network. Hassling somebody via their boss is best left to people who work together in the same company&#151even then, there better be a very good reason.
