BAY management ought to consider enrolling in a P.R.course,because they definitely need it.As i have said several times in the past,BAY is a very poor performer when it comes to the stock price.All networkers have performed exceptionally well over the past 3 years except of course BAY.Its by time that the stock starts performing.
